Why Counselling

Counselling is often seen as a professional service for people in crisis, but it can also be beneficial to people who are not in crisis. Counselling can be used to improve someone's mental health and well-being.

Counselling can be of assistance to people of any age and is effective for all kinds of issues, such as poor self-esteem, relationship difficulties, divorce, bereavement, work-related stress, illness, etc. Counselling can also be used for many aspects of life that are not strictly mental health-related but can be very helpful in improving someone's quality of life.
